Technical Design (PT)

What is the PT?


The Technical Design is the written and drawn documentation that details the technical and economic solutions required for implementing an investment objective. It serves as the basis for the execution of authorized construction works.

When is it required?


The PT is required after the approval of the Feasibility Study or DALI, in order to detail and implement the approved technical solutions for the actual execution of the works.

What does it include?


The Technical Design includes:
• Execution plans and technical details for all involved disciplines (architecture, structure, installations).
• Specifications and technical requirements.
• Bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Execution schedule and site organization plan.
