Feasibility Study (SF)

What is the SF?


The Feasibility Study is a technical and economic documentation that analyzes and proposes at least two different technical-economic scenarios/options for the implementation of an investment objective, with a justified recommendation of the optimal scenario.

When is it required?


The SF is required for new investment projects, during the initial phase, in order to assess their viability and relevance before starting detailed design work.

What does it include?


The study includes:
• Analysis of the context and the need for the investment.
• Presentation and comparison of technical-economic scenarios/options.
• Recommendation of the optimal scenario, with supporting justification.
• Estimation of costs, sources of funding, and performance indicators.
