Photogrammetry Services and Interactive Digital Maps

Service Details

1. Photogrammetry Services

a. Planning and Preparation:

  • Defining areas of interest for aerial data collection.
  • Obtaining necessary permits for drone flights in designated areas.

b. Aerial Data Collection:

  • Using a drone equipped with high-resolution cameras to cover the entire territory of the administrative unit.
  • Conducting systematic flights to capture two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of the terrain.

c. Data Processing:

  • Converting aerial images into a high-resolution orthophoto map.
  • Generating a digital terrain model (DTM) and a digital surface model (DSM).
  • Verifying and validating the accuracy of the collected data.

2. Measurement and Inventory of Surfaces

a. Identification of Buildings and Land:

  • Measuring the footprint of existing buildings using remote sensing methods.
  • Identifying and delineating land within the administrative unit’s territory.

b. Creating Databases:

  • Converting measured data into digital format (SHP file).
  • Creating a geospatial database (interactive digital map) that includes all identified buildings and land.

c. Verification and Validation of Data:

  • Comparing measured data with existing information in the agricultural register and the tax and duties department.
  • Correcting any discrepancies and updating databases.

3. Collection and Analysis of Fiscal Data

a. Data Collection:

  • Obtaining updated data from the Agricultural Register and the Tax and Duties Department.
  • Accessing and extracting relevant information about real estate properties and their fiscal status.

b. Data Analysis:

  • Comparing data collected from the agricultural register and the tax and duties department with field-measured data.
  • Identifying discrepancies and undervalued or non-evaluated properties.
  • Creating detailed reports that include all identified properties and their fiscal status.

4. Orthophoto and Lidar

a. Orthophoto:

  • Conducting drone flights and processing the orthophoto in interactive digital format (ECW or TIFF).

b. Lidar:

  • Performing mobile mapping measurements (point cloud + street view) and processing the data.

5. RENNS

  • Integrating RENNS data into the interactive digital map.

6. Data Processing

Identifying building footprints with specialized software and importing data into an Interactive Digital Map

7. Interactive Digital Map

  • Creating and managing layers for all component localities of the administrative unit, including cadastral land and the orthophoto map.

8. Reports

  • Creating detailed reports for each household, including comparisons between real data and the existing municipal data.

9. Training

  • Training municipal staff in the use of databases and management of interactive digital maps.

10. Documentation Preparation for Fiscal Inspection

a. Creating the Interactive Digital Map:

  • Integrating collected data into a detailed interactive digital map with layers for buildings and land.

b. Developing Fiscal Reports:

  • Preparing reports and documentation necessary for fiscal inspection, including recommendations for updating fiscal evaluations.

c. Data Integration and Staff Training:

  • Final handover of the interactive digital map and all analyzed data, along with training for effective use by the staff.

Technical Characteristics of the Interactive Digital Map

  • Specialized interactive digital map in vector format, prepared in the Stereographic 1970 (Stereo 70) projection system.
  • Detail representation accuracy of +/- 5 cm.
  • Each vectorized data will be associated with an attribute table containing textual and numerical information.
